Wellbeing is subjective, varying from person to person.
In my training sessions, I'm frequently asked, "What is wellbeing?"
And my constant response is "it depends", which highlights that wellbeing is a matter of perspective, defined by what makes an individual feel and be happy.
What feels positive for one person may be another's nightmare.
Considering travel, for example. Some people love to explore the world, whilst others actively avoid it.
