why you are good at it
being able to demonstrate this on an ongoing basis
Remember to always demonstrate your competence and your confidence.
This is what people want to see in you. I call it professional responsibility.
Think of your favourite sports person; actor; singer; band or influencer that you love to watch.
I am sure you always expect them to perform to the best of their abilities by demonstrating competence and confidence.
Therefore, ensure you step up and demonstrate professional responsibility.
