In this bonus video from my recent series on workplace generations, it's time to recognise and unite their unique strengths and traits to optimise the working environment.
Like any team, you need to:
· leverage individual strengths
· encourage mentorship and reverse mentorship
· support shared learning and experiences
While this structure is not a 'one size fits all' approach, it does serve as a starting point.
Additional management techniques are necessary to get the very best from your employees, however, it's a great place to start understanding and connecting with your team on a human level.
