Change is constant, but it is easy to overlook it's gradual effects.
Have you found yourself not being able to participate or perform in an activity as well as you used to, because you weren't being present and engaging with changes within yourself or in the environment around you?
Sometimes we get stuck in routines without realising it, until something happens that wakes us up.

to take notice
be mindful of change
learn from the frogs, and
